We are looking for two energetic people: a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and a Chief Operations Officer (COO)
who have the hunger for success and who can contribute to the growth drive of our organisation in Togo. Together
with the Finance Manager and the Managing Director, they will form the senior management team of DAMCO
TOGO.
Togo is part of the Senegal cluster which also comprises Mali, Mauritania, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Ghana and
Senegal. DAMCO TOGO is aiming for substantial growth in its warehousing, freight forwarding (Ocean & Air) and
trucking activities over the next years.

Chief commercial Officer
Main Responsibilities:
-lead DAMCO’s commercial team to deliver top line growth and imbed our customer oriented approach throughout
the organisation;
-develop and execute local commercial strategy and priorities in alignment with Global and Regional plans;
-Ensure profitability at turnover level on monthly and annual basis;
-win new business and expand DAMCO’s product portfolio.
Positions specifications
-Bachelor degree (or higher) in Business/Management/Logistics or similar;
-5+ years experience in sales and business development with proven track-record;
-3+ years experience within logistics, shipping or related industry;
-strong network of contacts within the Togo business community;
-proven experience in managing a team;
-excellent communication and negotiation skills;
-proactive, motivated and enjoy selling ;
-excellent command of English and French
Chief Operating Officer
Main Responsibilities
-drive the implementation of warehousing solutions;
-implement procurement initiatives with service providers so as to minimize operational costs;
-establish pricing and profitability guidelines for all activities to support commercial initiatives;
-ensure operational excellence and define operational processes in collaboration with customers and other
stakeholders (customs, truckers, controlling agency, etc.);
-define key Performance indicators, coach and develop the operations team.
Position specifications:
-Bachelor degree (or higher) in Business/Logistics or similar;
-excellent knowledge of customs processes and regulations (Diploma in Customs House Brokerage);
-proven experience in managing a team;
-5+years experience within logistics and related industries;
-excellent command of English and French;
-strong network of contacts within the logistics, shipping, trucking industries;
-excellent communication and negotiation skills;
-proactive, motivated, detailed oriented, customer centric.
